Shipping & Delivery to Singapore

• Cost: Standard tracked shipping is 100% free with no minimum spend (S$0 at checkout).
• Timeline: Orders process in 1–3 business days, and transit takes 4–8 days. Most parcels arrive within 5–13 days from purchase.
• Taxes & Duties: We are not registered for Singapore GST, so no GST is collected at checkout. Consignments under S$400 generally qualify for import GST relief.

Returns, Defects & Lemon Law

• Change of mind: We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for a change of mind, personal preference, or incorrectly chosen size. Please check our garment measurements carefully before buying.
• Damaged or Defective Items: Protected under Singapore’s Lemon Law framework. Report transit damage or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery with photos.
• Returns process: Never ship anything back without authorization. Correct return addresses are issued exclusively by email once a claim is approved.

What to include in your message

• Order enquiries: Always include your order number and the email address used at checkout.
• Sizing help: Send us the flat measurements of a hoodie you already own and like for a precise recommendation.
• Cancellations: You can cancel an order only before it has been dispatched to the carrier.
