  1. WHO WE ARE
    This website is operated by Good Message Studio ("Good Message Studio", "we", "us", "our"), an online-only store registered in Singapore. By browsing this website or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

  1. ELIGIBILITY
    You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.
  2. PRODUCTS AND DESCRIPTIONS
    We describe our products as accurately as we can and publish every measurement we have, taken flat from the actual garment. Colours can look different from one screen to another, and garment measurements can vary by 1 to 2 centimetres between individual pieces, which is normal for cut-and-sewn clothing. A photograph is a representation of the product, not a colour guarantee.

We sell a small number of releases and we do not hold stock. If an item you ordered turns out to be unavailable, we will email you and refund you in full.

  1. PRICES AND CURRENCY
    All prices are shown in Singapore dollars (SGD) and are the amount you pay at checkout, excluding shipping and excluding any import duties or taxes charged by the destination country. We may change prices at any time, but never after you have placed an order. Struck-through prices refer to our own previous or intended list price for the same item.
  2. ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE
    Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation, not when you receive the order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order, and refund it in full, where an item is unavailable, where a price or description was obviously wrong, where we cannot ship to your address, or where we suspect fraud.
  3. PAYMENT
    Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify Payments and the other providers shown at checkout. We never see or store your full card details. If a payment is reversed or charged back without first contacting us, we may cancel any outstanding order.
  4. SHIPPING, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
    Delivery times, costs and duties are set out in our Shipping Policy. Your right to return and the process for doing so are set out in our Refund and Returns Policy. Both form part of these terms.
  5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
    The name Good Message Studio, this website, its text, layout, photographs and the artwork printed on our garments belong to Good Message Studio and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may not copy, reproduce, resell or use them commercially without our written permission. Buying a garment gives you the garment, not a licence to reproduce the design.
  6. YOUR USE OF THE SITE
    Do not use this site to break the law, to interfere with its operation or security, to scrape it systematically, or to resell our products as if they were your own brand.
  7. ACCURACY AND AVAILABILITY
    We try to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not promise it will always be free of errors or uninterrupted. We may change or withdraw products, prices and content at any time without notice.
  8. THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND SERVICES
    This site runs on Shopify and uses third-party services for payments, shipping and analytics. Where we link to a third-party site, we are not responsible for its content or its policies.
  9. LIABILITY
    We are responsible for supplying goods that match their description and are of satisfactory quality. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
  10. CONSUMER RIGHTS
    Nothing in these terms removes or reduces any right you have under the consumer law that applies to you, including the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act and the Sale of Goods Act in Singapore. Where the law gives you more than these terms do, the law applies.
  11. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
    We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the version that governs that order. The date at the top shows when the page last changed.
  12. GOVERNING LAW
    These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have jurisdiction, without affecting any right you have to bring a claim in the country where you live.
