We answer every email ourselves, within two business days, Monday to Friday.

Email is the only way to reach us. We do not run a phone line, because a small studio cannot staff one properly and we would rather answer you in writing than leave you on hold.

Good Message Studio is an online-only store registered in Singapore. We do not operate a shop or a collection point, so there is no address to visit and no returns address published here — return addresses are issued per order, by email, once a return is authorised.
