We answer every email ourselves, within 2 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Email is the only way to reach us. We do not run a phone line, because a small studio cannot staff one properly and we would much rather answer you clearly in writing than leave you on hold.

Good Message Studio is an online-only store. We do not operate a physical shop or a collection point, so there is no physical address to visit and no returns address published here — correct return addresses are issued exclusively per order, by email, once a return has been officially authorised.
